Gardening has been a passion of mine from the age of 12 when I had my first very own garden. I have 47+ years of professional experience in gardening, landscaping, irrigation installation and repair. My experience in gardening comes from working and becoming Manager at Wolf Nursery in Houston, Texas. This gives education is both the fields of gardening and irrigation. I have been a licensed irrigator since 1992 L.I 0004455. You may view my License and continuing education in Texas. Go to (Texas Commission on Environmental Quality) tceq.com. I started my education in landscape irrigation for the Houston Sports Association maintenance dept at the Astro Dome, this is where I achieved my License. I have been working with the W.I.S.E Guys water conservation program since 2010. Evaluating lawn sprinkler systems for the city of Conroe, TX, Woodlands Water M.U.D districts in The Woodlands, TX, Harris County TX M.U.D 386 and areas surrounding Lake Conroe.

I am proud to work with Danny Provorse the best Licensed technician in Texas, Danny has been licensed for 12 years and has a lifetime of experience. Water conservation solutions

To ensure water conservation we replace sprinkler system components to save water. We do this by installing heads with a check valve to stop low head drainage into the street, also we use low angled nozzles to spray water closer to the ground this will help reduce evaporation.

Most systems are over pressure!

Spray head nozzles are designed to operate at 32 P.S.I (Pressure per square inch)., and rotor head nozzles are to operate at around 45 P.S.I. If the water meter pressur is( 50 P.S.I or greater) than the designed pressure of 32 P.S.I . the water comes out of the nozzle as a fine mist and rises up and evaporates before reaching the ground. We think we are losing 30% of all the water due to evaporation. We can SAVE this amount by lowering the pressure. This is an IMMEDIATE savings by lowering the pressure.

Another way to water is by drip irrigation. We remove spray heads in flower beds and install 1/2'' drip tubing. This will drip water at a rate of 12'' at about one gallon per hour. This saves water, almost no evaporation while the system is running.
